As I said, this pic is beautiful and deserve more attention, so here is my critique.
First of all I must say that the dragonfish and the background are in perfect harmony. I like very much the way you draw the water, it's original, and it makes the water looks real. The shining reflects are awesome. The rock is nicely done.
About the dragonfish:
The colors are just amazing. It blows my eyes. The scales are just awesome. The golden ton looks very nice. the anatomy is correct, but the back paw looks a bit weird. I like the hears and the hair. One thing about the eye, If it was me I would have gave it reflects like you did on the back. But it's perfect as it is. I love the picture. Great job Sazy.
What I find most appealing about this painting is the vivid use of color. It just jumps straight off the screen. The rich colors are very nice on the dragonfish's scales.
I also enjoy your composition, with the dragon offset with alot of negative space to the right. He seems ready to slip into the water at any moment.
I would have liked to have seen more well defined feet and tail. Considering how vivid the rest of the creature's body appears it would only seem natural that they would not have blended in so much with the rock/surface that it is resting on. Also the deep shadow under the dragonfish just seems far too deep for such an exposed area.
I also would have liked to see a little more attention paid to the water, the waves seem too large for this area, or not tall enough.
Overall a very striking image. I love the technique. I can see the vision. And you have some originality going on here, even if everyone else might see it as just another type or dragon.

Okay Crit time: First off as a friend to a friend speaking this is an awesum concept and piece for a speedpainting. The creature and expression is phenominal. As and artist and other artist: This is a very nice hybrid creature. The rainbow pattern of the scales is such a nice touch.. The overall mood the piece is very tranquil and content giving off an almost empathic feel. The scenery is very nice and the colors flow together for an aesthically pleasing piece. The character in of itself is a very detalied creature. It is the emaciated creature design like you usually have and yet the design is original in of itself and the main or spines give of and calm and clean feel to the overall piece.
Basically...wooh you pwn! 8D

Arf en effet j'ai un peu bafouillé au niveau de la jointure cuisse-queue D: Sinon merci beaucoup ! J'ai banalisé ça comme "art exam" mais c'est mon epreuve d'art pour le bac

Great work The scales pattern is simple and yet beautiful, it gives a sense of simplicity/tranquillity. I like how you managed to make those colours not too brilliant and bad combined. Maybe the background could have been more detailed, but it's a speedpaint so it's ok : D (and I'm the last person that could criticize other people's backgrounds )
